1. General Communication Preferences
Email: The primary method for formal updates, questions, and requests to the Executive Board and committee members.
Monthly Meetings: Use committee reports and meeting time to raise ongoing needs, share progress, or ask for board input.
Urgent Matters: Reserve texts or phone calls for time-sensitive issues only (e.g., something that affects an event happening within 24–48 hours).
