Think you don’t have time to volunteer? We get it—many of us are busy working parents with full schedules. That’s why we offer lots of flexible ways to help:
Volunteer at School
Many PTA events take place during or right after school. Even a few hours a year makes a big impact. If everyone chose just one event to support, we could accomplish so much together.
Volunteer from Home
Plenty of planning, prep work, and behind-the-scenes tasks can be done in the evenings or whenever you have a spare moment.
Co-Volunteer with a Friend
If a task feels too big for one person, team up with a buddy or two and share the responsibilities. It’s a fun way to get involved and stay connected.
Donate Items
Short on time? Contributing supplies or needed items for events is another meaningful way to support our students.
No matter how you participate, your involvement helps make every PTA event possible—and truly appreciated.

Required Clearances
Pennsylvania State Law mandates that you must have Clearances on file with the District to volunteer for any activities during school hours when students are present in the building.
Please obtain your clearances before signing up for an event at the school. This will ensure that you have them in place before the day of the event.
There are three required Clearances that are valid for three years:

If you HAVE NOT lived in PA 10 years or longer, you must also get your fingerprints.
Make sure you register as ‘Education’ and use Finger Print Service Code: 1KG6XN
OR
If you HAVE been a resident of PA for more than 10 years, you DO NOT have to get your fingerprints. You DO have to get the following affidavit notarized for the school district to keep on file.
