💙 Thank you to everyone who came out to our last meeting of the year! It’s always a good time with lots of laughs!
💙 I will report on the things we discussed throughout the week.
💙 The first thing I wanted to mention are volunteer opportunities.
We need at least 4 volunteers to form an audit committee to review our financial reports for the year. We are not sure of an exact date and time but if you are interested in helping at all please let Rebecca know my emailing her at [email protected]
Once she has a group of interested volunteers she will decide on a day and time that works for everyone.
💙 We will also need volunteers as soon as school starts. I know it’s hard to even think about. But we will hopefully kick off September by giving “toolboxes” to the students, offering class shirts to all the students, helping out at Kindergarten Orientation, having a fun filled “Meet and Greet” to kick off our membership drive and share what we have planned for the year with all our CV Families, and then there are open houses……

Keep your eyes on your emails all summer for volunteer opportunities and start recruiting some of your friends who haven’t quite committed to being a PTA parent yet!
We did a lot of amazing things in the 2021-2022 school year. The only way to keep all the things going plus adding to it with all the wonderful ideas our new members, chairpersons and board members have is to keep adding to our volunteer pool.
